Check-in

Check-in begins at 3 pm. Refer to your check-in instructions we email to our

guests on arrival date. Check-out is at 11 am. Unless pre-arranged there is a $25 /

Hour fee for late check-out.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel please remember that we have a 72 hour, or 3-day,

cancellation policy with a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel

less than 72 hours prior to 3 pm check-in on your scheduled arrival date, you will

be charged in full. Reservations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are

considered non-cancellable and will incur a charge for the length of stay reserved if

canceled. A cancellation will not be effective until you receive an email

confirmation from the Inn booking site. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation,

and do not check in on the day of arrival, will be charged in full.

Holiday Reservations

During holiday periods, as determined by management, we have a 14-day

cancellation policy with a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel

less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged in full

for your reservation total.

Early Check-out

There is no refund for early check-out

Credit Cards

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and

Discover. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to hold your

suite.

Additional Guests

Our room rates are based on double occupancy. If there is a third guest, please

advise management in advance of your arrival as we have a limited number of

rooms that can accommodate additional guests. For additional guests, there is a

$20 nightly charge.

Smoking

For the comfort of the majority, there is no smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted

outdoors only, at a courteous distance that will not disturb others. A non-

compliance fee of $250 minimum will be charged to cover the cost of laundering

and housekeeping. Naturally, there will be additional fees for any damage incurred

if the non-smoking policy is compromised.

Pets

We appreciate your affection for your pets, however, cannot accept pets in any

suites. If guests do not comply there is a minimum $250 charge. Guests will be

charged an additional fee for any damage incurred as well if the no pet policy is

compromised.
